As I continue with my current project and face unexpected twists and turns along the way I sometimes wonder if it will ever be finished and this is where I realize the truth of anything in life… It is never finished!
I have, in the past looked at life with the attitude that one day I will have "done enough" to make my life complete and I will just be able to stop and rest. This is of course an illusion, unless you want to stagnate. If you want to live the life of your dreams then you will have to accept that there is a price. That price is to never stop "dancing" with life, but that doesn’t mean having to keep going when you don’t want to. If you don’t want to carry on with something then stop it and get on with something else, but the truth is that if you want to grow as a person, live the kind of life you want to live and, basically feel like your life is worth something then you can’t stand still for long.
I accept this and embrace it. I love engaging with something, especially if it challenges me because there is always a great feeling of accomplishment, self-worth and satisfaction on the other side of it.
Now just when my book and album "Mind Over Matter – Heart Over Mind" is about to be officially launched, it is only the beginning and the big news in my world right now (apart from me becoming a father in a few months) is that the 50/90 challenge is back on July 4th. A challenge to write 50 songs in 90 days. I can’t leave that alone. I must try. I don’t know where the time is going to come from to accomplish that in the middle of everything else, but I know I can do it. I have done it before and it will provide material for nearly another year of WSC. Aren’t you lucky!
A parting note: The price of living the life of your dreams is low compared to the price of standing still.

Hi Keenan.
Haha. Only joking. Thanks for your continued support, your generosity will come back to you and multiplied, so there’s another reason for doing something great and not to stand still!
Do you mean your favourite song ever or just favourite Boy@heart song?
Much appreciated my friend.
