A pretty straightforward song. Written after I had an idea for a T-shirt design that I wanted to sell to promote The Weekly Songcast. It is available at The Boy at Heart Webstore, which, incidentally is a featured store at Audiolife.
It sums up what I would consider a good day when your in the flow and coming from a place of authenticity rather than just what your mind tells you you should be doing. Its the point I am always aiming for and what inspired the song and the statement – a football score (real football, not that game called football from the USA where you use your hands most of the time) was that very feeling of being without limitation and in a winning position on my path creating life as I design it. I feel this way more times than I don’t nowadays and actually it has a cumulative effect because once you are in this state you have more personal power, naturally to maintain it.
There’s no need to kill your ego, but it is great when it has less power over you. Feed your spirit!
