Feelings Grow

This is a very quick entry this week

Feelings are powerful. They are what drive us, what motivate us and they are what determine the quality of our lives. The mistake often made though is the belief that feelings are something that happen to us, or tha fact that we are our feelings.

We are not. We have feelings. Not only that, we choose them and it is that fact that is the life changer if you adopt it. Choose your feelings, the ones you want and they will grow, carrying with them the growth in the quality of your life.

After all, life is good or not depending on how you feel about it right?
